Shipping policy
Where we ship from
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Berlin, Germany (RAVEMORE BERLIN GmbH, Boppstraße 5, 10967 Berlin, Germany). Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, parcels are handled by DHL and local postal partners in the destination country. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Germany: 1–3 business days
EU + UK: 5–7 business days
USA: 10–14 business days
Canada: 3–4 weeks
Australia: 4–6 weeks
Rest of the world: 2 weeks+
These are estimates based on our experience and not a guarantee. During peak times or due to unforeseen carrier delays, delivery can take longer. We appreciate your understanding.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on all orders above 150€. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Delivery to packing stations
Delivery to parcel lockers/packing stations (e.g. DHL Packstation) is possible where offered by the carrier in your country.
Customs & import duties
When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or import duties may apply depending on local regulations. These are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.
Exception: for shipments to the United States, no customs duties apply to you as the customer. Thanks to DHL's PDDP service, we cover all import charges upfront.
Order & address changes
Once an order is placed and paid, we're unable to change or cancel it — our warehouse ships automatically to keep things fast and error-free. If you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible; if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we can resend it.
Wrong, damaged, or defective items
Contact our customer service with your order number, a photo of the item, and a short description, and we'll sort it out.
